being the second oldest male, dalton has always come second. he isn't give the sole title when it comes to providing for the family--even though he works just as hard hunting for the butcher, and the like. he's bitter towards his family, though he would kill for them all the same. he and his brother have a strained relationship, as he does with his mother. his sister and him though get along well, perhaps because she's the only one who seems to understand how he feels about having lost their father not too long ago--and being helpless.

nineteen year old thomas harlow is certainly the one who keeps things interesting aroud the harlow household. the three siblings are immeasurably close after the death of their parents, and thomas was the one keeping them laughing in the months following the accident. he works as a tailor to earn money for the family, although he hates his job and puts little heart into it. he'd prefer to run away and join the circus or something outlandish like that, but he hasn't got the heart to leave his family.
